Head for both Android and Chrome confirms the new update to the OS of more than 1 billion Smart devices will be pronounced as KitKat. Yes nothing to stunt about as most of you will be well aware of the name which is a trademark used by Nestle and used for a Chocolate. The code name for update Android 4.4 as KitKat and not for the Android 5.0, each release of Android version is named after a desert like Cupcake, Donut, Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb…… Jelly Bean and now Google has tried to cash the love of people for chocolate.

Previously Google has a plan to release the Android 5.0 with a name as Key Lime Pie, and turned over the decision when it realized that people love Chocolate more than Lime Pie. Google’s spokesman said that,

This seems like that the warship between the Smartphone Operating Systems will be getting tougher as Google is planning to introduce its OS to other Smart devices including smart watches, gaming consoles and also maybe on laptops to replace the Windows OS. Whatever the plan of Google may be, it is clear that the upcoming mobile OS has created the business opportunities tougher.

What you think the reason behind the KitKat story? The thing that I understand is that it is a marketing trick that will benefit the Hershey Company directly as now everywhere on web is talking about the KitKat, so hats off for all the stake holder of Android 4.4 KitKat.

Expected Release Date for Android KitKat:

At present, Android 4.3 has recently arrived at Nexus 7, Nexus 10, Nexus 4, and Galaxy Nexus by LG and Google, still Android 4.3 is waiting for its arriving on other devices including the HTC One and Galaxy S4. HTC is planning to update HTC One by the end of September so we can expect that we can take the bytes of KitKat in October or November and the Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie, will go furthermore pending.

Expected Features:

Android 4.3 claims a few upgrades like updated keyboard, Bluetooth smart technology and improved multi user customization that’s a big reason that this update failed to get its own desert name and has to share the theme name with Android 4.1 and 4.2 Jelly Bean.

This is the story for a last Jelly Bean update, but with new code name we can expect that this time we may meet by a more changes or changes regarding, again quotes of spokesman for Google is that,

“It’s our goal with Android KitKat to make an amazing Android experience available for everybody.”

What I guess is that Google may go with low-end devices. According to previous rumors Google will go with lower RAM for Android 5.0 and this support the concept that in near future manufacturer will support the OS that are optimized for low specs.
